Chris Shepherd is taking over Rosie Cannonball, and he wants you to join us for an evening of food and wine—a Basque-style live-fire dinner paired with wines from Texas’s own William Chris Winery. This collaboration brings together everything we love about our industry: close friends, great food and wine, and support for our friends and fellow hospitality workers. Proceeds from this dinner will be donated to Southern Smoke Foundation.
