Executive pastry chef of New York’s Gage & Tollner, author of The Sweet Side of Sourdough, 2022 James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef nominee, and 2022 Food & Wine Best New Chef, Caroline Schiff is quite decorated, inside and out. You will instantly recognize her by her signature gravity-defying hairdo, which is outsized only by her enormous heart, as she spends her spare time supporting charitable causes. Schiff also writes and develops recipes and works as a culinary consultant.
