13 Celsius is a neighborhood wine bar housed in a 1920s era Mediterranean-style building in an often-forgotten portion of Midtown Houston. For 17 years, our goal has been to not only emulate the wine bars and enotecas of Europe, but to surpass them in quality and service. Our wine and beer lists consist of a dynamic mix of old world and new world styles from small independent producers to a few big known names. We complement this with a robust cheese and charcuterie program, impressive paninis, small plates, handmade truffles, and table side s’mores. In addition to our nightly service, we also teach wine classes, host winemaker flight nights and help to give back to our Houston community with featured wine lists and events.
