Originario de Kansas, Zach se mud\u00f3 a Nueva York en 2017 para ampliar su formaci\u00f3n culinaria. Tras graduarse del Culinary Institute of America y trabajar en Benno, Zach comenz\u00f3 en Four Horsemen, donde ascendi\u00f3 hasta convertirse en sous chef. Posteriormente, abri\u00f3 un restaurante en Greenpoint antes de colaborar como chef consultor en Jupiter.
